The Kansas State University Foundation, serving Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, recently hired CBRE to provide full-service project-management services for a three-story 50,000-square-foot building in the university’s research park.
The project is the result of The Kansas Department of Agriculture’s upcoming move from its location in Topkea, Kansas, to Kansas State University’s research park in Manhattan in December of next year.
The move is part of Kansas State University’s plan to become a leading research university.
The new facility will be leased to the agricultural department for 20 years. Students at the university will use the facility as a home base for their research.
Erin Merrill and Tyler Paytas are the CBRE project managers working on this project.
