David Hartsook of CBRE in Columbus, Ohio, was named president of the board of the City of Upper Arlington’s Community Improvement Corporation.
Hartsook has been a resident of Upper Arlington for more than 30 years. Hartsook has also been a member of CBRE’s investment properties team since 2007.
