CBRE|Grand Rapids recently helped Proficient Machine & Tool purchase a 32,500-square-foot industrial building in Byron Center, Mich. Located across the street from its former facility, the move more than doubled Proficient’s capacity.
CBRE managing director Drew Miller provided representation for Proficient in the transaction, conducting a thorough site search of available industrial facilities over the course of several months.
“CBRE was an excellent resource in our search for a new location,” said owner Bill Sorensen. “Drew Miller regularly apprised us of available opportunities that met our criteria. More importantly, he understood our needs, and did not pressure us to consider alternatives that did not truly suit us.”
Since 1994, Proficient has specialized in designing and building custom machines and fixtures.
