CBRE|Grand Rapids in Grand Rapids, Mich., recently honored several of its commercial real estate sales people for their achievements during 2014.
Nate Scherpenisse and Blake Rosekrans earned the company’s 100% to Plan award, while Drew Miller and Scherpenisse earned honors for exceeding $5 million in transaction value.
Miller won the President’s Cup as the office’s top commissioned associate. Rosekrans was named CBRE|Grand Rapids’ rookie of the year.
