CBRE|Grand Rapids in Grand Rapids, Mich., recently sold Rogers Plaza Town Center, a retail center located in Wyoming, Mich. The 365,572-square-foot partially enclosed shopping center occupies about 35 acres at the southeast corner of 28th Street and Clyde Park Avenue.
Van Martin and Bob Lotzar with CBRE|Grand Rapids led the marketing efforts on the property. Receivership, property management and leasing services for this assignment were provided by Michael Martz, Daniel Sermak, Casie Pickle, Jennifer Kitchen and Tricia Foster.
