CBRE|Martin has brought two new tenants to the Park Place Office Park in East Lansing.
Together, the new tenants leased nearly 45,000 square feet in the park.
Coverys, medical professional liability insurance company, has leased abut 26,000 square feet in the office park’s Building One. CLEAResult, an Austin, Texas-based energy optimization firm, will occupy 18,500 square feet within the park’s Building Three.
CBRE office advisors Thomas Jamieson and Eric Rosekrans represented the landlord and tenant in the Coverys deal. Rosekrans represented the landlord in the CLEAResult deal, while fellow CBRE office advisor Lisa Allen Kost represented CLEAResult.
