CBRE|Martin recently helped Children’s Therapy Corner lease 3,505 square feet within The Woodlands office park in Okemos, Mich.
Children’s Therapy Corner specializes in therapeutic services for children with physical, sensory, cognitive and communication needs. Services at the Okemos facility include speech-language pathology and physical and occupational therapy.
This is the third location for Children’s Therapy Center, which also has locations in Midland and Traverse City in Michigan.
CBRE associate and office advisor Lisa Allen Kost represented the landlord in the transaction.
