With the help of CBRE|Martin, Sweet Custom Jewelry has leased just under 1,000 square feet of retail space at 1232 Turner St., a mixed-use property in the Old Town neighborhood of Lansing, Michigan.
Sweet Custom Jewelry is the only store in the Lansing area that does custom jewelry design right in its storefront location, without outsourcing.
Amy Richter-Perkins, CBRE|Martin associate and retail advsior, represented the tenant, Sweet Custom Jewelry, in the transaction. The new store officially opened in September following renovations.
