Benjamin Bakken is the new senior managing director and chief operating officer at East Lansing, Michigan-based CBRE|Martin and CBRE|Grand Rapids.
Bakken brings to CBRE more than 10 years of corporate banking experience. In a prior role, he served for more than three years as chief financial officer with a global wholesale/retail company headquartered in Michigan.
His most recent position was as vice president of commercial banking at Mercantile Bank in Lansing, Michigan.
