CBRE|Martin has announced that long-term employees in its mid-Michigan office, Amy Richter-Perkins and Todd Kosta, have been named senior associates.
As a senior associate and retail advisor, Richter-Perkins is responsible for new business development, commercial/retail sales, retail tenant site selection and leasing a current portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial, restaurant and shopping center space in the greater Lansing area. She joined CBRE|Martin in 2008 and has more than fifteen years of experience in leasing, sales, property management and marketing.
As a member of the Corporate Services Group, Kosta is a senior associate and retail advisor responsible for new business development as well as transaction management and account management of retail properties for the mid-Michigan office. He has more than 15 years of experience in retail brokerage and investment real estate and has helped broker the sale and leasing of assets valued over $100 million.
