Ward Richmond joined the CBRE’s Dallas office as a Vice Chair with its Industrial & Logistics Occupier Leasing team.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Richmond brings proven expertise advising industrial occupiers on optimizing real estate portfolios and supply chain operations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In addition to Richmond, the firm has added Cole Hooper and James Ewing as Senior Vice Presidents and Amanda Richards and Keller Strauss as Associates. The team previously worked together at Colliers in Dallas.
Since 2020, Richmond and his team have been involved in 382 transactions totaling more than 43 million sq. ft. and valued at approximately $1.6 billion. Those assignments have spanned 43 states and four countries on behalf of 41 clients. Notably, 94% of those transactions resulted from repeat business, underscoring the long-term relationships and trusted partnerships they have established throughout their careers.
