CBRE’s Joe Parrott, CRX, CLS, recently received the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Parrott is a senior vice president in the retail services group for CBRE in Chicago.
An expert in leasing retail anchor space and major shopping centers, Parrott has completed more than 120 anchor transactions and 2,000 shopping center leases in his career for a total of more than 16 million square feet. He was among the first professionals in the nation to receive the CRRP designation, which was earned through demonstration of the core principals of retail real estate and the highest levels of competency in the industry.
“Joe consistently demonstrates his dedication to the industry and this is another example of how he is always expanding his knowledge base to benefit his clients,” said Bill Wirght, managing director at CBRE.
