- Mohammad Hani Sawah purchased 2,800 square feet of space at 6529 West Fond du Lac Avenue, Milwaukee, from Drake University.
- MNA 2600 Howard LLC purchased 1.00 acres at 2600 West Howard Avenue, Milwaukee, fromWisconsin CVS Pharmacy, LLC.
