CBRE, Inc. and CBRE|Sturges in Fort Wayne, Indiana, have agreed to end their affiliate relationship effective Oct. 31 of this year. At this time, CBRE|Sturges will operate as a fully independent firm under the name Sturges Property Group.
For the past 21 years, CBRE and CBRE|Sturges have had a relationship, and both firms expect that relationship to continue. The two firms will continue to collaborate to serve clients on current assignments in progress and expect to work together on a non-exclusive basis on certain new assignments in the Fort Wayne market.
