Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (CCRE) recently brokered four industrial deals at three locations around the Chicago metro. The transactions occured in Island Lake, Rolling Meadows and Schaumburg, Illinois.
CCRE represented landlord 1207 Remington LLC in a 1,900-square-foot flex/warehouse lease to food delivery company DoorDash at 1256 Remington Road in Schaumburg. President Randy Olczyk and senior vice president Ray Okigawa represented the landlord in the lease transaction. The tenant was represented by Max Nachemson of Cushman & Wakefield. Olczyk and Okigawa also represented both the landlord and new tenant, DRF Trusted Property Solutions, in a lease of 1,800 square feet at 1200 Remington Road within the same complex.
Senior vice president Tom Callahan and Olczyk represented tenant, CBD Pharma, in a three-year lease of 2,626 square feet at 5400 Newport Drive in Rolling Meadows; Brigid Walsh of Value Industrial Partners represented the landlord. In the final transaction, senior vice president Christina Adams represented landlord Reehoff Properties, LLC in a three-year lease of a 5,000-square-foot warehouse located at 518 Burnett Road in Island Lake; Entre Commercial Realty’s Brian Bocci represented the tenant, Safeway Snow Management, in the lease transaction.
