B2B technology marketing and media firm, CDM Media, Inc., has leased 13,104 square feet at 20 W. Kinzie in Chicago– Google’s former Chicago headquarters space in the 17-story, Class A, River North office building.
CDM Media joins a list of major tech firms with offices at The Alter Group‘s 20 W. Kinzie. WeWork, the world’s largest network of co-working spaces, leased 105,000 square feet early 2015.
“At a time when the average floor plate in River North is 9,000 square feet, 20 West Kinzie features 25,000-square-foot floor plates, an underground executive garage, and such unusual tenant amenities as a bicycle pavilion and a white-table cloth restaurant,” Alter Group sources, said. “Because the building is located in the city’s tightest office market and most-prized entertainment district, our marketing strategy specifically targeted leading entrepreneurial companies seeking to attract highly skilled millennials.”
