Cedar Street Co., a leading diversified holding company headquartered in Chicago, has added another Fulton Market property to its extensive portfolio of assets, in an effort to continue developing their retail and office offerings.
Purchased for $4,200,000 from a partnership managed by A.G. Hollis, and financed by a Marquette Bank non-recourse loan, the asset is located at 327 N. Aberdeen St., Chicago, IL 60607, one-half block west of the future Google offices at 1K Fulton. Cedar Street Co. plans to stabilize the property with a blend of premier loft office space and retail units.
