Centerline Capital Group recently provided three Fannie Mae loans for a total of $15.5 million to refinance three multi-family properties in Wisconsin.
Two of the properties are in Pewaukee while the third is in Waukesha.
The borrower on all three deals was the Reilly-Joseph Company. The company has developed about 2,000 units.
The properties in this round of financing are Hunters Ridge Apartments Phase I & II, a 130-unit development in Pewaukee; Hunters Ridge III, a 76-unit development in Pewaukee; and Stone Creek, a 138-unit property in Waukesha.
