CenterPoint Properties announced that Harold Campbell has been appointed Property Manager for the company’s East Region as a part of the Operations department. Working closely with regional team members: David Nenner, Brian Townsend, Robert Harbour and Jed Degnan, Mr. Campbell will be responsible for the management of CenterPoint’s East Region portfolio, which is comprised of 21 industrial real estate facilities and 34 truck terminals, totaling 6.5 Million square feet.
Mr. Campbell brings more than 20 years of experience in industrial real estate and construction management to CenterPoint. He currently serves as the BOMA New Jersey Vice President. Mr. Campbell’s experience includes positions with Colliers, Patrinely Group, CareMatrix and SJP Properties, among others.
