CenterPoint names Carmine Bottigliero to vice president of development

CenterPoint Properties announced that Carmine Bottigliero has been named vice president, development in the central region. In partnership with the development group, Bottigliero will be responsible for leading new development projects in CenterPoint’s Joliet and Elwood intermodal parks.

“We are very pleased to bring Carmine onto the team at CenterPoint,” said Brian McKiernan, senior vice president, development at CenterPoint. “His extensive construction and development experience in real estate will be perfectly suited to manage new development projects in the central region.”

Prior to joining CenterPoint, Bottigliero worked for F.H. Paschen, Epstein and most recently Clayco. He has more than 15 years’ experience within construction and development for international and domestic large-scale commercial, industrial and roadway projects. Bottigliero graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor of science in civil engineering and construction management.
