CenterPoint Properties announced a 300,278 square foot build-to-suit distribution center for DS Containers, a leading manufacturer of two-piece polymer-coated steel aerosol cans, at DuPage Business Center in West Chicago, Illinois.
The facility will be 14.55 acres with the possibility of future expansion.
Rich Brolly and Gerard Keating represented DS Containers in the transaction, while Dominic Carbonari and Frank Griffin of JLL represented CenterPoint.
The build-to-suit will feature 20 exterior dock doors, 1 drive-in door, 27 trailer positions and 73 car parking spaces, and is situated within close proximity to the Company’s manufacturing facility in Batavia, IL.
