CenterPoint Properties broke ground on two new buildings, totaling 560,000 square feet on a 33-acre parcel, according to a statement from Colliers International and CenterPoint.
The two speculative warehouse buildings, CenterPoint O’Hare 1 and CenterPoint O’Hare 2, are 225,891 square feet and 333,696 square feet. The facilities are the largest constructino porjects in 2017 in the O’Hare submarket, according to the statement.
The buildings are located at 10601-10701 Seymour Avenue in Franklin Park. CenterPoint has named Jim Estus, SIOR of Colliers International, to market the CenterPoint Logistics Center in O’Hare.
