CenterPoint Properties has closed the disposition of W194 N11695 McCormick Drive in Germantown, Wis., to Germantown Properties McCormick, LLC.
The property, located 19 miles northwest of Milwaukee, sits on five acres. It also includes a 26,560-square-foot industrial facility.
