CenterPoint Properties has completed a 471,360-square-foot build-to-suit facility on 26 acres for Ta Chen International, Inc., in LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
Ta Chen, a distributor of steel coils, sheets, plates and other products, will move from its current CenterPoint facility in Gurnee, Ill., to occupy the new development.
Ta Chen entered a 15-year lease term on the property, which features cross-loaded drive-thru ability, 14 cranes with up to a 25-ton weight capacity each, reinforced floors, expandable 11-space trailer and 116-space car parking, 36-foot clear height and 80-foot bays, in addition to a 10,400-square-foot office space.
