David Nenner is the new senior vice president and regional manager for the Eastern region for Oak Brook, Ill.-based CenterPoint Properties.
Nenner is now responsible for the management and oversight of CenterPoint’s East Coast portfolio, including 5.4 million square feet of industrial property throughout the Eastern seaboard.
Nenner brings 20 years of experience in industrial real estate to his new position. He most recently served as the executive vice president and head of asset management for Ivy Equities.
