CenterPoint Properties announced the disposition of 16951 State Street, South Holland, Illinois to Greenix, LLC. The property, located 21 miles south of Chicago, is situated on 9 acres with a 20,300 SF industrial truck/bus dispatch facility on site. Kip Hennelly of Patrick Commercial Real Estate represented Greenix in the sale.
The industrial truck/bus dispatch facility features close proximity to the Canadian National Harvey-Markham Intermodal yard, a 2,300 SF office, 17 drive-in doors and parking for 212 cars and 215 trailers.
