Development on a new 200,696-square-foot spec building within CenterPoint‘s LakeView Corporate Park is now complete in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

The new building can be divided by 60,000 square feet to accommodate up to three tenants. It will have LED lighting, 32′ clear height, 20 exterior docks (expandable), 2 drive-in doors, 18 trailer-parking positions and office space to suit the client’s requirements.

The park is home to more than 80 companies, 8,500 employees, and makes up more than 11 million square feet. It has close access to Interstate-94 with close proximity to the Canadian National and Union Pacific rail lines.

The park spreads across 2,400 acres with more than 200 acres remaining for additional development and build-to-suit projects, according to Sam Bager of NAI Hiffman, who will be marketing the facility alongside NAI’s Whit Heitman and Brad Weiner.
