It benefits from proximity to two major medical campuses and is surrounded by over 5,000 new homes currently being delivered within a 3-mile radius, supporting strong population growth in the area.
This acquisition marks CenterSquare’s 11th ESR investment in Texas and 58th nationally, further expanding our footprint in high-growth, service-driven retail assets.
