CenterSquare Investment Management completed renovations at Brentwood Corners, a 22,268-square-foot retail property in Brentwood, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville.
Enhancements include a newly milled and re-paved parking lot, freshly painted facades, a complete roof replacement, enhanced landscaping and the installation of LED lighting in both the shopping center and parking area.
The property has also seen a change in owneship and has been rebranded as Brentwood Corners.
Brentwood Corners is home to national, regional and local tenants, including Iron Tribe Fitness, Jefferson’s Restaurant, China Wok, V&V Vietnamese Cuisine and Lens Rentals. The property has one remaining vacancy.
