Century Commons apartments in White Bear Lake sell for $5.18M

A local investor has purchased Century Commons, a 153-bedroom student housing complex located at 3515 Century Ave. in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, for $5.18 million.

The Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq team of Lance Steiger, director, and Robert Dulin, associate, represented the seller, Steven Scott Management.

Century Commons is leased primarily by students at the adjacent Century College.
