Real Estate Forum magazine recently named Andy Farbman, chief executive officer and director of brokerage with Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group, as a 40-under-40 honoree.
This designation is given to young professionals in commercial real estate who have already made a significant impact in the industry.
