CF Capital has acquired Rand Riverport Apartments, a 132-unit apartment community at 6200 Paradise Lane in Pleasure Ridge Park in Louisville, Kentucky, in a $10 million off-market deal.
CF Capital plans to rebrand the community to Paddocks at Ridge Park. The property will undergo a comprehensive standardization of unit renovations, common area upgrades, enhancements of amenities and improved exteriors and operational efficiencies.
CF Capital was founded by Tyler Chesser and Bryan Flaherty in early 2020. This is the firm’s first acquisition in Louisville.
