Chad Bosley, MAI, MRICS, has been named senior vice president with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) in Chicago. His experience in commercial real estate is focused throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and also includes assets throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin.
Bosely has more than 16 years of experience as an appraiser within real estate valuation and advisory services, working on all property types in the retail, industrial and office sectors. He also has experience with property types such as parking garages, senior housing, healthcare facilities and vacant land. His clients have included national and regional banks, CMBS and private equity lenders, as well as REITs, life companies, pension funds and government agencies. Bosely will report to Les Linder, senior managing director in Chicago.

Bosley joins CBRE from Colliers International, where he was a director. Prior to that he was a director at Butler Burgher group and CBRE. He has a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
