Champaign, Illinois-based Fairlawn hired Justin Wybenga as Senior Vice President of Property Management.
In this role, Justin will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee Fairlawn’s diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and student housing assets across multiple Midwest markets.
As Senior Vice President, Justin will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Fairlawn’s operations. He will lead and mentor a large cross-functional team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure Fairlawn’s properties continue to set the standard for quality, compliance, and resident experience. This high-impact leadership role is charged with driving operational and financial performance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Justin brings extensive real estate operations and property management experience. Most recently, he served as Founding Partner and Director of Real Estate Operations for Ross Hospitality. Earlier in his career, Justin held leadership and management roles at GMH Communities, Pomona Properties LLC, Watson Realty Corp., and The Scion Group.
