Daniel Chancey, vice president and senior asset manager with Commercial Advisors Asset Services in Memphis, has been secretary/treasurer of the Building Owners and Managers Association International.
The organization chose its 2013-2014 officers at the 2013 Every Building Conference & Expo in San Diego.
Chancey previously served two terms on BOMA International’s Executive Committee and as president of BOMA/Memphis.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to continue to serve within this prestigious professional organization,” said Chancey in a written statement.
