Charles Schwab has selected Bear Construction Company to complete their 37,000 SF office expansion project at 150 S. Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL. Collier’s Dave Burden represented Charles Schwab with the lease negotiations, with Joe Alberts of Lincoln Property Company representing the landlord.
The new office space was designed by Hydzik Schade Associates, Ltd. Lincoln Property Company also manages the building. Executive VP Scott Kurinsky and Superintendent Chris Sainz will be managing the project for Bear.
