Chase has named David Diggs regional sales manager for its Commercial Mortgage Lending (CML) Central and Lakes Region.
In this role, Diggs leads a sales team focus on providing term financing solutions from $1 million to $25 million to commercial real estate professionals for purchase or refinance of stabilized industrial, office, retail and mixed use properties.
Diggs has been with Chase for nine years, most recently as head of portfolio management and the Special Credits Group for Business Banking Risk Management.
Prior to that, Diggs held roles as market manager and credit portfolio manager for Chase Capital, where he executed loan originations for Middle Market companies. He was also a workout officer in the Commercial Banking Special Credits Group handling a large portfolio of non-performing real estate loans.
