Colliers has hired Chase Schupp as a director with its Chicago office. He will work alongside Alain LeCoque and Ryan Barr focusing on corporate solutions and tenant representation work across industrial, office and healthcare assets in the U.S.
Chase joins Colliers from Truist’s real estate investment banking group, where as an investment banking associate he focused on principal equity investments in industrial and office net lease assets. While there, he was on a team that closed $1 billion of sale-leaseback acquisitions and build-to-suit development projects. Notable recent transactions include an 850,000-square-foot industrial build-to-suit project for a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company in Oklahoma; an 800,000-square-foot industrial build-to-suit project for a building products company in Georgia; and a 300,000-square-foot industrial sale/leaseback for a Fortune 100 transportation and logistics company in Alabama.
Chase is a graduate of Tulane University.
