Chemstation has purchased a 25,696-square-foot warehouse building located at 930-934 Oaklawn Ave. in Elmhurst. Jeff Galante, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the seller, Frontier Real Estate Investment Company LLC, and Jeff Fischer of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer in the transaction.
Separately, Mike Plumb, senior vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented Orkin LLC in its lease of 2,070 square feet of flex space located at 1095 Pingree Road in Crystal Lake. The building is owned by Sarillo Development LLC.
