Leading commercial real estate services firm, Savills Studley announces that Chicago-based digital agency One North Interactive will relocate its headquarters from 1 North Dearborn to more than 17,000 feet on the 15th floor of 222 North LaSalle. The functionality and layout of the new space will support One North’s hiring plans as it expands its focus to serve new clients in the business-to-business and professional services industries.
“222 North LaSalle is the ideal location for One North Interactive; it offers stellar amenities, creative space for improved collaboration among teams and with clients, and a high-energy central Loop location that will help us attract top-notch talent,” said One North Interactive Co-Founder and COO Jeff Hirner.
One North has historically designed and built award-winning websites for many of the world’s most respected law firms, and has since expanded to deliver a range of digital marketing solutions for relationship-based, professional services organizations in a variety of vertical markets.
According to Savills Studley Executive Managing Director Lisa Davidson, One North Interactive was looking for a space with a more functional floor plan that could accommodate additional headcount and encourage collaboration.
“We were able to identify landlords that have a good track record of delivering high-quality, cutting-edge turnkey spaces in order to streamline the process so that One North Interactive could move as quickly as possible in a cost-effective manner,” Davidson said.
222 North LaSalle is a historic redevelopment project that features indoor parking, a fitness center and river views with easy access to expressways, trains and bus lines. The building earned LEED certification at the Silver level from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Davidson and Savills Studley Senior Managing Director, Tiffany Winne negotiated the leasing terms for One North Interactive. Joseph Gordon of Tishman Speyer represented the landlord.
One North Interactive plans to move into the new location on June 1, 2015.
