The Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) is on the search for a new office to house its downtown Chicago headquarters.
CAR has had its main offices located at 200 S. Michigan Ave. for more than a decade and with its current lease closing in early 2017, the association selected Sperry Van Ness Chicago Commercial to exclusively represent them in finding a new location.
A 132-year-old association with more than 13,000 members, CAR is seeking a 15,000-square-foot office in a high-rise downtown Chicago property for staff, volunteers and members. In addition, a large section of the facility will house RRES, CAR’s real estate licensing and continuing education school.
Wayne Caplan, Deena Zimmerman, and Scott Maesel of SVN | Chicago Commercial shall lead the team assisting CAR.
