Chicago-based Cresa appointed Tracey Luehring as Chief Financial Officer.
With a proven track record of successful financial leadership, Luehring will oversee Cresa’s finance team, playing a critical role in advancing the firm’s strategic growth objectives geared toward creating value for occupier clients.
Known for leading business transformations, Luehring joins Cresa from CrossVue, where she led financial and business intelligence functions for the consulting firm. Before that she served as CFO at VikingCloud, Inc., a private equity backed global provider of security and compliance solutions where she oversaw the finance team buildout following a series of five acquisitions.
Prior, she served as Global CFO, Work Dynamics at JLL, transforming the firm’s largest external segment at $12 billion in revenue from a regional to a global run P&L, as well as Global Chief Financial Officer for JLL Technologies. During her long-standing tenure with AON, Luehring focused on the profitable growth of their Health and Retirement Solutions through organic and inorganic M&A and divestiture opportunities including their successful $4 billion sale of the Alight portfolio to Blackstone. She began her career in investment banking and commercial lending with BNP Paribas and ABN AMRO.
Luehring earned an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
