Steve Gordon has joined Chicago-based Pearlmark as a managing director in the company’s New York City office.
Gordon joins Pearlmark with a focus on debt investment originations and capital formation, bringing more than 25 years of real estate investment experience.
Gordon joins Pearlmark from Hunt Companies, where he served as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Hunt Capital Management. Prior to his time at Hunt, Gordon served as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners and Sorin Capital, and as Partner / Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management.
Gordon also served as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he oversaw Non-Investment Grade CMBS Trading. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State University.
