Chicago Importing has purchased a 23,000-square-foot manufacturing building located at 11200 E. Main St. in Huntley. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the seller, Northern Illinois Mold, and Steve Bass of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the buyer in the transaction.
Separately, NF Demo purchased 20.53 acres of industrial land located at 292 Logan Ave. in Joliet. Scott Anderson, vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the seller, AGI North America, in the transaction.
