Lee & Associates has brokered a $1.8 million sale transaction for a 55,000-square-foot industrial building located at 6226 S. Oak Park Avenue in Chicago, IL.
Walter Murphy, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Axium Resources, LLC. Axium is a holding company and managing parent of a growing group of manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
“Demand for functional industrial buildings continues to be strong along I-55 near Midway Airport to downtown Chicago,” Murphy said. “While our search included suburbs outside the city limits, our preference was to be in Chicago proper.”
Chris Gary and Ben Cramer of NAI Hiffman represented the seller, First American Bank.
