Located in the greater Chicago Lawn neighborhood—with its mix of local and big box retailers, pharmacies, commercial goods and services, financial institutions and more—the subject property has excellent accessibility to The Loop, I-90/94 and the CTA Ashland/63rd St. station (Green Line). Mark Reiter and Paul Nelhart of 5M Group brokered the $355,000 deal. It was on the market for only 45 days before closing.
