Chicagoans will soon have a distinctive new dining option in the heart of the city’s bustling Loop district. The yet-to-be-named food hall and market, located street level at 205 W. Wacker Dr., is slated to open in Spring 2017.
The 10,500 square-foot-space is being developed by global investment firm, Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (AMPI) and Ameritus Real Estate Investment Management, with lead consultant and industry veteran, Jonathan Fox of 3Sixty Dining Intelligence.
Overlooking the new Chicago Riverwalk, the concept is set to feature upscale casual food and beverage choices, a marketplace, and a full bar that will cater to busy working professionals and visitors alike.
Jonathan Fox has developed projects for theWit Hotel, Weber Grill and many others, in addition to owning the popular River North eatery, Osteria La Madia, as well as cult-favorite donut shop, Firecakes Donuts.
Additional details will be announced in the coming months.
