John Parrett has been promoted to Vice Chair at the Chicago office of CBRE, the highest rank for CBRE professionals within the company.
A member of the firm’s market-leading Debt & Structured Finance Group, John structures capital markets solutions for owners of multifamily and commercial real estate properties nationwide.
Since joining CBRE in 2006, Parrett has been directly involved in the origination, underwriting, structuring, and closing of over 250 transactions, totaling more than $8.2 billion. Prior to joining CBRE, John was at PGIM where he originated and underwrote first mortgage and mezzanine debt for their balance sheet, bridge, securitized, and GSE lending programs.
Parrett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
