The Chicago office of Holland & Knight is reportedly finalizing a deal to lease space in 150 N. Riverside. The law firm would take the 26th and 27th floors of the new tower, per a report by Crain’s, occupying approximately 54,000 square feet. They will relocate next year from the Citadel Center at 131 S. Dearborn Street, where it currently resides in nearly twice that space.
Riverside Investment & Development opened the 53-story, Class A tower last April. Designed by Goettsch Partners, the innovative design of the building has attracted other marquee tenants within the new tower, including Savills Studley, William Blair & Co., Navigant and Victory Park Capital Advisors.
Riverside refinanced the 1.2 million-square-foot property last November with a $470 million loan from Bank of America. CBRE is handling leasing for the building, which is nearing full occupancy.
