Serving as general contractor, Skender recently completed interior construction of a 37,000-square-foot renovation project at the headquarters for WBEZ, an affiliate of nonprofit media organization, Chicago Public Media. Charlie Greene Studio and ConopCo Project Management collaborated with Skender on the project.
WBEZ renovated its existing offices, located at Navy Pier in Chicago, to include an upgraded A/V package, densification for new workstations and additional common areas, including a high-end, client-facing pantry and community room. The renovations also included the replacement of the existing rooftop and air handling units.
